James Utilities provides facilities and grounds maintenance services to utility company offices, compressor stations, and other properties requiring lawn and property maintenance.

We utilize top of the line diesel mowers and Stihl power equipment. We also offer herbicide applications with our licensed technicians for ROW’s, well heads, and facilities lots.

Line Location & Vegetation Clearing

In addition to these support services, JE staffs certified line locators utilizing top of the line Metrotech equipment to locate lines and aid in the inventory of encroached vegetation requiring removal.

Certified Herbicide Application

Certified herbicide applicators applying stem foliar or basal applications via equipment mounted or backpack sprayers are a vital part to many Integrated Vegetation Management programs.

Experienced ground crews performing manual cutting are also available for any difficult terrain and sensitive areas.
